How to Request Paperless Billing
Online and paperless billing saves time and resources. Instead of receiving a paper bill in the mail every month, consider signing up for our online bill pay.
Signing Up for Paperless as a New User
For new users who are looking to sign up and log in for the first time, we do require your account number and invoice number, (which are located in the invoice's upper right hand corner) in order to get started. So make sure you have your most recent invoice statement nearby before you get started. This helps to protect your identity, and keep the online bill pay platform completely secure.
After that’s settled, you’ll go on to create a user ID and password for your account. You can either sign up for reoccurring payments, so you can set it and forget it, or you can choose to login manually every month and pay the bill in full at your leisure.
Signing Up For Paperless as an Existing User
If you have already created an online profile, but are not currently opted in to go paperless, then you can simply login and update your profile in order to switch to paperless delivery.
If you have any more questions about using the online bill pay feature, check out our frequently asked online billing questions, and you should find exactly what you need there. Additionally, if you have any feedback about our online bill pay service, or are experiencing any difficulties getting started then feel free to reach out via our contact page.
